The Seed Project

The Seed Project was a large-scale projection installation that covered the facade of New York’s Public Theater in the first months of the COVID-19 pandemic. Featuring the portraits and words of more than 150 Public Works community members, the piece transformed the theater into a destination during the shutdowns, and made space for people to see themselves, their neighbors, and friends celebrated in a massive piece of public art.
